These shorts are designed for trail running, but can be used for all warm weather activities.

Norrøna use a 106 g/m2 light and breathable flex1 fabric for these shorts because it provides comfort, breathability, quick dry and great movement.

The fabric is made with 86% recycled 20D 6 nylon, and 14% elastane.

Key features include: A zippered pocket in the back for your valuables, two open hand pockets, four side pockets to store energy bars or gel, one with a key hook inside. There is also a concealed tunnel at the back of the waist to attach any extra layers of clothing. Comfortable waist elastic with cord tightening.

These shorts have a regular fit with no restriction of movement.

The independent bluesign® system pursues the unique approach to minimize the environmental impact of materials throughout the production process. Oeko-Tex® Certified Standard
Oeko-Tex® is an independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing levels. To be certified all parts of an article must meet the required criteria - in addition to the outer fabric, for example, also the sewing threads, inserts, prints etc., as well as non textile accessories, such as buttons, zip fasteners, rivets etc.

PFC Free DWR
PFCec FREE stands for ”Per and Poly-Fluorinated Chemical free of Environmental Concern”, which means that the water repellent treatment (DWR) of all products marked with “PFCec FREE DWR*” does not contain PFCs which break down and dissolve into water, soil or air, and therefore do not harm the environment. Gore laminates with a PFCecFREE call out do not have surface PFC agents on both textile and membrane.

Gore is committed to continuously reducing the environmental footprint of their products while maintaining a high level of durability and performance. Gore has therefore set the goal of eliminating PFCs of Environmental Concern (PFCec FREE) by 2023.
