Is your item too small? Not the colour you were after? Changed your mind? Didn't receive all of your items?
No problem! We are more than happy to exchange or refund your item, as long as it hasn't been worn, has all the tags still attached, and in the cases of shoes has NOT been worn outside. Please send back the item(s) you are wanting to return in the same condition they arrived in, including all tags and the box they were sent in (if relevant).
If it is more than 3 weeks since your purchase, please get in touch with us first.
If you haven't received all the items you ordered, please double check your emails as some of your items may have had to be sent from our other store. You should have received multiple tracking numbers if this was the case. If you are missing an item and have only received one tracking number, please get in touch!
EXCHANGES: Please include:
a self-addressed, pre-paid satchel to send the exchange back to you
a message with your order number, and what you are wanting to exchange to (item, colour, size etc)
REFUNDS: Please include:
a message with your order number, and letting us know you would like a refund.
(Please keep the tracking number of the satchel you send to us in a safe place so you can track your parcel if you haven't heard from us within a week)
