Dahl Bars are handmade in the Byron Bay region with activated, slow roasted chickpeas, organic seeds and fragrant spice blends. We bake them with a touch of organic brown rice syrup and macadamia oil to create a soft, melt in your mouth dahliciousness.
The perfect healthy treat for that 3pm slump when you’re craving something sweet, but cake or biscuits simply won’t do. Enjoy with a cuppa, in lunchboxes, hiking trips or for a hungry belly that needs a snack on the go.

What's Special About Our Ingredients:
Australian Chickpeas – sourced from a family business that’s been activating and roasting chickpeas for over 40 years. Their process has been handed down 3 generations and remains top secret. Rumour has it that their recipe is buried at a secret chickpea farm that’s only accessible by helicopter.
Australian Organic Sunflower seeds and Flax seeds – sourced from Kialla Foods who were the first company in QLD to obtain organic certification. These guys are pioneers of Australian organic farming.
High Protein, Organic Sesame Flour - harvested from Mexican sesame seeds that literally burst out of their capsule when they're ripe. This is where the term "open sesame" comes from.
Australian Extra Virgin Olive oil – grown and pressed sustainably by a community of Australian farmers

- It took us 186 experiments to perfect the recipe for our Dutch Cocoa & Sour Cherry Dahl Bars
- While we bake, we listen (and dance) to musical hits from the ‘70’s.
- We bake in small batches every week, which means all Dahl Bars are super fresh.
- We source many of our ingredients from Santos Organics, a social enterprise food co-op in Byron Bay.
