Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Retail Store Manager located in Hobart, TAS. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and staff management. They will work closely with other team to develop and implement store strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Experience in a similar retail leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with creating and implementing successful retail strategies
