Mostly I want to say thank you for guiding me to the start line in the best shape I could possibly be in. I've adapted your UTA program as suggested, dropped the volume and am back floating on the trails. I feel in good spirits about achieving my goal time, but regardless of what happens I'm just in the moment and enjoying my running even more than before. Thank you!
Your parcel has already arrived this morning as I was leaving for work can't wait to get home to open it. Once again thank you. You a godsend!
GONE RUNNING TOURS:
Thank you both for an amazing experience. It was truly remarkable. Made possible by the fantastic spirit of adventure that you both have
Thanks for you time today Hanny. Gosh for someone so young, you have packed a lot into your life. I must admit when I read all of your achievements and esp. how many kms you run/your speed I did feel a bit star struck. I really enjoyed hearing about your philosophy and I know it is going to help me heaps. I can see myself reflecting a lot over the next few days. I feel like I have always been 'quite' good at a lot of things and I really want to be excellent at a few.
It was really great to be able to see that someone like you has overcome such hardships in the most outstanding way. Your speech was full of truth. In life, we are constantly striving to be better, whether we realise it or not... prettier, smarter, wealthier, more popular... and that's great, but we need to ask ourselves if we are doing it for acceptance, or because you simply love what you are doing?
